Things I work on
One company, a few events, a couple of side products, and a long list of client work I’m not allowed to show you.
Founder · day job
Faris Consulting
Fractional product and technology leadership. I help businesses build the internal software platforms they wish existed, and take products from “we have an idea” to “people actually pay us for this!” The work covers strategy and roadmaps, product design, technical architecture, delivery management, and wrangling vendors and teams. I can lead the work end to end, or give your team a proven framework and senior guidance.

Events
I’ve helped run the Stir Trek Developer Conference in Columbus for years and serve on the board.
Denver Dev Day is a free, community-run developer conference here in Denver. There are various other things too that need someone running around looking busy.

Client work
The really good stuff
Project to and dramatically .
Over the years I’ve helped build SaaS products, internal platforms, and staged plenty of “this is held together by duct tape but shouldn’t be” rescues. These projects almost always belong to clients though so it’s hard to link to them here.
If you’d like to geek out about cool projects, minus client details, I’ll be happy to chat.
